Weigh In Wednesday

So on May 10, 2010, I will be starting my weight loss journey to lose 10-15 lbs by July 1, 2010. The reason I'm waiting until May 10 to start is because I want to be able to splurge on my birthday. I want to be able to have yummy, fruity drinks. Plus, Tony is taking me to The Melting Pot, and I will probably gain 5 lbs just in that one day. Soo, that's why I'm waiting. It's 3 weeks away and I'm ready for it! I'm going to North Carolina and staying at Nantahala on July 2nd. My whole dad's side of the family is going and it's going to be a sort of reunion. So, I wanna look the best I can look for them! :)

So, every Wednesday starting after May 10th, so May 12th, I will write about how much I lost from the week before. I'm going to actually be weighing in on Sunday's, but I will update ya'll on Wednesdays about how the week went and how much I lost (or haven't lost).

I will be doing a low carb diet. Really low carb. Roughly 25-30 carbs a day. I'm doing this because I know it works for me, heck, I lost 50 lbs on this diet. I will also be working out 6 days a week with my off day on Sunday.

I kinda can't wait to start! Just because I can't wait to see results. I'm not too excited about the diet and exercise part of it. Bleh. If I could lose about 1.5-2 lbs a week, that would be LOOVERLY. We'll see! :)

Good luck! Why not start working out now! I think the best way is to start right away... at least for me!

I look forward to hearing all about it. I am on a low carb diet as well, but splurged today and ate some crackers.. adn a piece of toast! As long as i'm working out and eating healthy the rest of the time, I allow myself to indulge!

I don't know how you do a low carb diet! Me and carbs are bff's haha. But that's why I exercise extra hard :-)

Since you put it out there, we're holding you accountable now! But I'm positive you can do it; especially ince you've did it before.
