I was a little too busy cuddling up with Tony on the couch because he had yet another day off from work because of the snow! And I had no school so we decided to take advantage of it!
Day 4 - A picture of your night.
Well, I didn't take a picture of my night last night, so I'm gonna skip this one.
Day 5 - A picture of your favorite memory.
I don't have one favorite memory, but this is one of 'em! In this picture I'm headed to Myrtle Beach, SC with Tony in August of '09! :) We had such a fun time there!
Day 6 - A picture of a person you'd love to trade places with for a day.
Jessica Alba! But really, I'd like to trade places with any celebrity for a day!
So now onto the other part of my title - weight loss.
I started back on the weight loss train on Monday. THIS time it's for good. Y'all are probably like yeah riiight, but seriously.
This time, I actually have bathing suit season coming up and I cannot look like the way I do.
I want to lose 20 lbs and then that's IT! I hope. Ha!
So far this week I have done great. I've been eating low carb, lots of protein and veggies.
I have been doing circuit training and running on the treadmill.
I want to lose at least 2 lbs a week.
I know it may be a little hard, but if I can average 2 lbs a week then that will be good.
Hopefully I'll be at my goal by mid-March.
I'm going to weigh in every Sunday and I'll let y'all know how it goes!!
