I did good this week.
I ate low carb and worked out Mon-Saturday.
I lost 2.8 lbs!! :)
I'm very happy about this!
My goal is to lose 2 lbs a week (which is healthy) so I'm very excited about this!
17.2 lbs to go!
I have my mind set on mid-March when I'll reach my goal, so hopefully it doesn't take longer than that!
