Weigh in Tiiiime!

Well, I'm a little disappointed.

I only lost 1 lb this week.

I'm doing everything right and I'm not sure why I didn't lose 2 this week.

I might have to make my workouts more intense.

So the goal for this week is to intensify my workouts!

And let's keep our fingers crossed that I lose 2 lbs next week!

The good news is, is that today I've reached a weight loss of 10 lbs!!

That's definitely exciting.

I have 10 more to go!
