7 weeks from May 10th!

On May 10, 2010, I will be starting a low carb diet and a exercise routine to lose 10-15 lbs by June 27, 2010.

I will have 7 weeks to lose these 10-15 lbs.

It's not going to be fun, but it's going to be worth it.



I'm going on a trip to North Carolina on July 2nd, so that's why I picked June 27th, the Sunday before I leave.

I'm going to be weighing in every Sunday morning.

So, instead of having a Weigh In Wednesday post, I will have have a post every sunday about how much I lost that week and how much I have left to lose!

I haven't decided on what I'm going to call it yet..so stay tuned.

Now I have to go study for finals. :/

You look tiny to me! So I'm trying to visualize what 10-15 lbs is on a smaller person lol.

Good luck with starting this! Low carbs is SUPER hard for me :-( Can't wait to hear how you do!!

Oh, I have tried the low carb thing SEVERAL times and always fail. Why? I love it, I am never hungry, but I love bread too much. I am a bread-addict, so I make it like 3.23 hours and breakdown and stuff bread into my mouth. Sad. Sheesh...aren't I a debbie downer!? Okay, good luck!!
