So today is my last day of week 1 of the couch-to-5k program!
So far, it's been easy.
I break a sweat, but I'm not really out of breath when I'm done with the workout.
For all of you fellow couch-to-5ker's, is it supposed to be this easy the first week?
I have heard that it might be easy the first week, but to just keep going and not rush it.
Let me know if it was as easy for you as it has been for me and if it's supposed to be like this!
