Apartment Update

I know that I haven't posted in a while (and my posts are kind of random and not about anything y'all care about) but the apartment date has been changed again and hopefully for the final time!!

New move in date - July 23rd!!! :)

Pushed Back

So my best friend and I were supposed to sign the lease on July 21st, but it's been pushed back to July 26th!

That's fine with me. Only 5 days. But it kinda sucks, lol.

So hopefully I can start moving in that day, if not that day then that weekend, July 30th!

Either way I'll be moving in a little over a month!!! :)

A New Beginning

So the lady from the apartments just called me and she just said that they have an apartment available for July 21st!!!

But we probably won't be moving in until that Saturday, so the 23rd of July!!

I can't remember the last time I was this excited!

It's on the 3rd floor which is ok because I need the exercise!

It's going to be such an exciting adventure and I cannot wait to move in with my best friend!!

I also cannot wait to start packing, which is going to happen here in the next couple weeks!

Summer

I'm seriously having the best summer vacation!

I've been spending mucho time with Tony and my best friend, Mary, and it's been so fun!

Sunday was Mary's 22nd birthday, so we went to The Cheesecake Factory along with our friend, Laura.

I got this drink called a Caribbean Cooler and it was basically a mix of a pina colada and a strawberry daqiuri! It was DELISH! Mary got the Strawberry Daqiuri and Laura got a Georgia Peach which is Skyy Vodka, Peach Liqueur and peaches swirled with raspberries. Now I normally don't like peach things, but this was devine! Yummo!

I got the White Pizza and Mary got a pasta dish and Laura got the Baja Tacos! All of it was SO good!

I got some pictures of myself and my outfit before I went out and I also got some pictures of us at dinner, but I haven't uploaded those yet, and when I will I will post those.

Tonight my grandparents are stopping by, just for the night, because tomorrow they are headed to Charlotte, NC to visit more family. I wish they could stay longer!

Tomorrow I will be laying out by the pool all day with Mary getting our tan on! :)

Friday I am getting sushi with Mary and then Friday night Tony and I are going to see The Charlie Daniels Band!!

This week is a busy week, but it's a good kind of busy! ;)

Sorrrrryyyy!

Oh my goodness.

I haven't posted since my birthday/Mother's Day.

What is wrong with me?!

Well I've been on summer vacay for almost a month and I've been enjoying myself!

I know I said that I'd post more once school is out, but it seems like that's not the case!

I've just been having SO much fun!

Here's what I've been up to:

laying out with best friend, getting burnt with best friend, sushi dates with best friend, Helen, GA with Tony, Kansas City for sister's high school graduation, shopping, relaxing, catching up on Season Finales on my DVR, Starbucks dates, etc.

A ton has been going on and I still have over 2 months of summer vacay left! :)

I still don't have a laptop since my broke a month ago, but I'm pretty sure I'm getting a new one next week!

And once that happens then I can post some pictures!!

Tomorrow night Tony and I are grilling some burgers and I think we might be going to the lake on Saturday.

Sunday is my best friend's birthday and that night we are going to The Cheesecake Factory with our other friend, Laura, to celebrate and indulge in some good food and drinks! :)

I still don't have an exact date of when I'm moving into my apartment, but the lady from the apartments should be calling here in the next couple weeks and I can't wait to put an exact date on it so I can start REALLY counting down!! :)

I also got a cute new bathing suit from VS that I can't wait to share with y'all!

I got a cute green dress from Lulu's that I will be wearing Sunday night and I got a black maxi dress from Forever 21, a couple shirts from Kohls, brown wedge shoes from Payless, a pink dress from Know Style and many other things!

Now I'm going to go relax some more and be happy that I don't have to go back to school for over 2 months!! :D

Mother's Day and Birthday!

First of all, I just want to say Happy Mother's Day to all of the amazing mothers out there especially mine! :)

Second of all, today I turn 22!!

I was just thinking of how I feel like I just turned 18!

Where has the time gone?!

I know that 22 is still young, but I feel a little old. Haha!

This is my 3rd birthday celebrating with Tony and last night Tony and I celebrated by going to Crackerbarrel for breakfast, then he got me a mini german chocolate cupcake at Whole Foods, and then PF Changs for dinner, plus he got me some chocolate covered graham crackers (SO good), a nice card, a small shopping spree!!!!!, and some ice cream! :) He is so good to me!

It's a tradition of ours now to get cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory after dinner for dessert, but last night we were WAY too full, so we're going to go next weekend! :)

Tonight I'm celebrating with my dad and brother and my dad is making me my favorite dinner! Breaded steak, tostones, and rice! Also a cake! Yuuum! I'm pretty sure I'll gain like 548359843 lbs this weekend.

Tomorrow night is my last final of the semester (chemistry..blek) and then I'm D-O-N-E done!

On the 20th I'm flying out with my dad and brother to Kansas to visit my family and watch my sister graduate from high school! I can't believe it's already here! She was just 4 years old!!!

Well I'm going to go celebrate all the things going on today ;)

Breaking the Ice

1) If you were a crayon, what color would you be?

Yellow or orange! They are such happy colors.

2) Would you ever bungee jump?

Maaaaybe.

3) What is your least favorite thing about yourself?

I can be very stubborn!

4) What is your favorite thing about yourself?

I don't take things too seriously. I'm a happy person and I love to be goofy.

5) What is your favorite app?

I really don't have one. I love Angry Birds, though.

6) What is the nastiest thing you've ever eaten?

Hmm..probably something that has to do with seafood. I don't like much seafood, but I'll eat crab and shrimp - depends on how it's cooked.

7) What is one thing I would not know about you at our first meeting?

That I have a pretty big scar on my thigh from getting burnt by spaghetti. Apparently it was REALLY hot spaghetti that just came off of the stove because it burned me pretty bad where I had huge water blisters and I had to wrap my leg up for like a month afterwards. Oh, and I was at my best friend's house at the time. And her parents didn't even think to take me to the hospital. Yeah, my mom was pissed. I was, too. Oh and this happened when I was 15.

8) What is your all time favorite movie?

My Best Friend's Wedding and The Hangover!

9) If you could go anywhere for one week (all expenses paid), where would you go?

Oh there are SO many places I want to travel to - Australia, England, Italy, Spain, Greece.

10) What is your favorite midnight snack?

Ohhh I don't eat midnight snacks. I usually don't eat after 8pm if I can help it, BUT if I just HAD to have something, probably something sweet!
